Set up your courses in Bevinzey to organize content, manage students, and track progress.
Creating a Course
Step 1: Access Course Management
- Log in as an educator
- Go to Educator Dashboard
- Click "Courses" in the navigation
- Click "Create New Course"
Step 2: Course Details
Enter:
- Course Title: Clear, descriptive name
- Description: Brief overview of the course
- Department: Select if applicable
- Settings: Configure course preferences
Step 3: Course Settings
Configure:
- Enrollment type (open/invite only)
- Grade visibility
- Assignment defaults
- Notification preferences
Managing Course Content
Question Sets
- Create new question sets
- Import from library
- Organize by topic/week
Assignments
- Set due dates
- Configure attempts
- Point values
- Grading options
Resources
- Upload documents
- Link external resources
- Share flashcard decks
Student Enrollment
Manual Enrollment
- Go to course settings
- Click "Manage Enrollment"
- Enter student emails
- Send invitations
Bulk Enrollment (CSV)
- Prepare CSV with student emails
- Upload CSV file
- Review and confirm
- Invitations sent automatically
Self-Enrollment
For open courses:
- Share course link
- Students sign up
- Automatic enrollment

Modules/Units
Organize content by:
- Week
- Topic
- Chapter
- Learning objective
Templates
Save course structure as template for future use.
Duplicate Courses
Copy existing courses to new sections.
Course Analytics
Overview Stats
- Total enrollments
