Managing Your Subscription
Full control over your subscription settings, billing, and payment methods.
Accessing Subscription Settings
- Log into your account
- Click your profile icon
- Select "Settings"
- Go to "Billing" tab
Current Subscription
View Details
See your current plan:
- Plan name
- Monthly/annual billing
- Next billing date
- Cost per period
Usage Stats
Track your usage:
- AI requests used/remaining
- Summaries generated
- Questions created
- Storage used
Upgrading Your Plan
Choose New Plan
- Click "Change Plan"
- Compare options
- Select new plan
- Confirm upgrade
Billing Adjustment
- Immediate access to new features
- Prorated charge for remainder of period
- New billing amount next cycle
Downgrading
Important Considerations
Before downgrading:
- Export important data
- Save content that may exceed new limits
- Note feature differences
Process
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select lower tier
- Acknowledge feature changes
- Confirm downgrade
Timing
- Takes effect at end of current period
- Keep current features until then
- No refund for partial period
Cancellation
How to Cancel
- Go to Billing settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Complete exit survey (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
After Cancellation
- Access continues until period ends
- Data retained for 30 days
- Reactivate anytime to restore
- Export data before it's deleted
Reactivation
- Return within 30 days
- All data restored
- Choose same or different plan
Payment Methods
Add Payment Method
- Go to Payment Methods
- Click "Add New"
- Enter card details
- Save securely
Update Card
- Click card to edit
- Update expiration
- Change default
Remove Card
- Cannot remove if only card
- Add new card first
- Then remove old
Invoices
View History
See all past invoices with:
- Date
- Amount
- Status
- Download PDF
Invoice Emails
Automatic email with invoice after each charge.
