    Managing Your Subscription

    Full control over your subscription settings, billing, and payment methods.

    Accessing Subscription Settings

    • Log into your account
    • Click your profile icon
    • Select "Settings"
    • Go to "Billing" tab

    Current Subscription

    View Details

    See your current plan:

    • Plan name
    • Monthly/annual billing
    • Next billing date
    • Cost per period

    Usage Stats

    Track your usage:

    • AI requests used/remaining
    • Summaries generated
    • Questions created
    • Storage used

    Upgrading Your Plan

    Choose New Plan

    • Click "Change Plan"
    • Compare options
    • Select new plan
    • Confirm upgrade

    Billing Adjustment

    • Immediate access to new features
    • Prorated charge for remainder of period
    • New billing amount next cycle

    Downgrading

    Important Considerations

    Before downgrading:

    • Export important data
    • Save content that may exceed new limits
    • Note feature differences

    Process

    • Click "Change Plan"
    • Select lower tier
    • Acknowledge feature changes
    • Confirm downgrade

    Timing

    • Takes effect at end of current period
    • Keep current features until then
    • No refund for partial period

    Cancellation

    How to Cancel

    • Go to Billing settings
    • Click "Cancel Subscription"
    • Complete exit survey (optional)
    • Confirm cancellation

    After Cancellation

    • Access continues until period ends
    • Data retained for 30 days
    • Reactivate anytime to restore
    • Export data before it's deleted

    Reactivation

    • Return within 30 days
    • All data restored
    • Choose same or different plan

    Payment Methods

    Add Payment Method

    • Go to Payment Methods
    • Click "Add New"
    • Enter card details
    • Save securely

    Update Card

    • Click card to edit
    • Update expiration
    • Change default

    Remove Card

    • Cannot remove if only card
    • Add new card first
    • Then remove old

    Invoices

    View History

    See all past invoices with:

    • Date
    • Amount
    • Status
    • Download PDF

    Invoice Emails

    Automatic email with invoice after each charge.
